Punching process inspection: 

Initial part inspection: The operator shall carry out initial part inspection at the beginning/starting/changing/refueling/replacing punch of each work order.

Independent inspection: The operator shall independently carry out inspection of product quality and production conditions during the production process. 

Process tour: The quality control inspector shall carry out the inspection, check the product quality and the setting of operating conditions once every two hours of production, and record it in the tour inspection list. 

If there is an abnormal phenomenon in the process, the punching production unit and the quality assurance unit can increase the frequency of independent and itinerant inspection according to the actual situation.

5. Inspection method/specification

Punching process inspection

Initial part inspection: 

The operator shall conduct initial part inspection at the start of each work order/start up/change machine/refueling/change punch, issue initial part process inspection record and submit it to quality assurance Double Check, and fill it into the initial part process inspection record table. 

Independent inspection: The operators independently carry out the inspection of product quality and production conditions in the process, and the inspection items and specifications are the same as the initial part inspection. 

Process tour inspection: Quality control inspector inspects product quality and working conditions every two hours during the process, inspects items and specifications as well as initial parts inspection, and fills the inspection record in the process tour inspection record table. 

Transfer station inspection: When the product in process is in transfer station, transfer station personnel and quality control inspectors shall check the following matters: a. Fill in the process sheet (including the material number, quantity and date), and whether it is transferred to the station according to the process sheet.b. Check whether the list is filled in according to the regulations and whether it is qualified

6. Determination methods/control measures

Punching process inspection

Determination Method A Preliminary inspection: When the quality control inspector finds that the inspection results are not in conformity with the inspection specifications, he shall record them in the inspection record of the preliminary manufacturing process, judge the rejection, and immediately notify the stoppage or machine adjustment for improvement. B Independent inspection: operators in the independent inspection, if found abnormal direct response to the supervisor or quality control personnel, to determine whether to continue production. C Process tour: During manufacturing, if the quality control inspector finds any abnormality, it shall be recorded in the process tour checklist in detail, and notify the operator to confirm and require immediate improvement. 

Control measures: Products in process determined by inspectors to be defective shall be isolated. Heavy products can notify the operator to return to heavy industry processing, heavy industry processing products must be re-inspected by quality control personnel before transfer. 

Check at the transfer station: When the products are in the transfer station, if there is any inconsistency in the marking list (including material number, quantity, date, etc.), they will be rejected. The unqualified products will be accepted only after they are correctly marked.
