1. PCB boards and aluminum substrates are designed according to the requirements of PCB boards. It is aluminum based metal plate. Because of its good thermal conductivity, it is generally used in LED industry.

Generally speaking, PCB is copper substrate, which is also divided into single panel and double-sided panel.The main material of PCB board is copper, and the main material of aluminum base plate is aluminum. There are obvious differences between the two materials.Because of the special PP material, the aluminum substrate is superior to PCB in heat dissipation.
